Kryslys: What's in a name?

In case you were wondering, we have adopted the name of 'Kryslys' partly as a fond acknowledgement of one of our founder members (it's a play on her name), but also as a reminder of the transformation from chrysalis to butterfly. We hope and pray God's word will enable a similar transformation in the lives of those who join us to study it.

Who we are

We are a group of theologically qualified Christians who are passionate about teaching and sharing the themes and the theology that make up the 'big story' of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation.

What we do

We develop and deliver courses that bring into the big messages of the Bible without resorting to too many long theological words! We hope and pray God's word will enable a chrysalis-like transformation in the lives of those who join us to study it.

Why we do it

Our desire is that everyone who knows Jesus as their Saviour should also be able to 'rightly divide the word of truth', as they journey in their faith.

The Equip course has helped to expound my knowledge and understanding of the Bible. I studied Religious Education at A level and trained as an RE teacher at college, but I have learnt so much at Equip and thoroughly benefited from the superb teaching. Thank-you so much.
